I placed a order on 12/9/2010 for five Italian charms for a Christmas present. It is now 12/28/2010 and I have not received them. I did get a email from them saying they were shipped out on 12/14/2010 and should receive them in 5-7 days. I tried contacting them through their live chat which did not work, and emailing them several times. To add to it one charm was out of stock, and they already charged my card before filling the order and gave me five days to choose a different charm to replace the one out of order. You would think a company would know their inventory before charging a customer for products they do not have. At this point I just want a refund of the merchandise I ordered and never received. I would not suggest anyone to buy anything from Pugster.com, they do not stand by the product they are selling. (If they are even selling any products at all). I feel it is a scam.
