Pugster.com stinks

I placed an order with pugster.com a month ago.
It arrived incomplete.
I have exchanged over 5 emails with them asking them to credit me for the item not in my order and they have not
or will not.
Mine was a gift for my mother for her 70th birthday.
I am very disappointed by their crooked methods!
