Skeptical but shocked!

Look, this company has absolutely horrible, communication. The phone number doesn't work, or the chat or the fax! Many of the fraud reports told me that the company was closed but still taking money. BUT, and I stress but, I ordered on the 16th and did receive ALL of my items in time for Christmas and they were perfect. Do while I think that they suck on a professional level, they did manage to not screw me over. Take it for what it's worth....
