HORRIBLE*****HORRIBLE*****HORRIBLE!!! They refuse to answer their phones and promise for Christmas....ordered on the 17th of December...order still not processed on the 20th and they send all of their calls on both the 800 # and the regular phone # to a recording saying "sorry, please call back later" Awful business practice!! With all of the tons I have to do yet before Christmas I sat and redialed their phone # for an hour before giving up!
