This is one of the most unprofessional companies out there. First they told me they would pickup my automobile within 10 days, 10 days being the maximum it would take them to pick it up. After about 15 days I hadn't heard a thing so I left a message on the agent voicemail that set me up, he never contacted me back, however they took the deposit out of my account the very same day I signed up even before they picked up the vehicle. I called back for the second or third time I finally got the guy who set me up on this nightmare, the guy was completely rude, refused to speak with me and said he didn't get my voicemail. He transferred me to another guy who was even more rude he told me he didn't know when my vehicle was going to be picked up and when I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager, I asked for the corp address to send a formal complaint and he disconnected the call, I continued to be disconnected on for days, through the process of my call everyone there was either a manager or the owner, lies! I final cancel my order and they told me to wait to receive the $105 deposit they conveniently took out of my account before they even picked up the vehicle, their price is definitely low but they are a bunch of ignorant crooks, don't let them transport your vehicle!
