BBB accreditation is F !!! and they deserve it

This company cheats on their refills. They do not fill the cartridges. My printer indicated that their cartridge just installed was "Low" in ink. I should have read all the negative reviews before dealing with them.
There are 7 complaints with the BBB and Mine will be the eighth. I will be reordering from Office Max
which is cheaper and stands behind their reputation.
