BUYER BEWARE!!!! Unrelable and bad customer service

I had placed an order on a Wed and was ecstatic as I found the sectional I wanted at the best price. So I waited because the web site states you will receive an email within 24 hrs of placing your order with the delivery date and time. 24 hrs later I did not receive an email and had to email them back stating that I needed to when my sofa would be delivered as they do NOT give you the option of selecting your own date and time. They did let me know finally Thursday evening that my sofa would be delivered on Saturday and that they would let me know on Friday what my 3-4 hour delivery window would be for the next day and to ensure that the area I was having the sofas in was clear. So I got rid of my old sofa Friday afternoon. Well come Friday evening, I get an email from them that not all of the pieces of the sectional came in and they are canceling my order and refunding my money...which can take 4-7 days!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM EBUDGETFURNITURE! WORST MISTAKE! Pay a little extra and order from a reputable or well known company and save your self the heartache and trouble.
