Firm desceptive, AVOID!!!

Hired firm to process loan modifcation request, they collected $2950 up front for "services" and did not follow through, bank closed my request b/c documents were not submitted by firm. If you really want loan modification, contact your bank direct and they will process for free, no $2950 up front
