ARLG is nothing but a bunch of thieves and liars. They had me spend hours sending, scanning and faxing all of our personal information. Yes, scanning because they were "so busy the faxes cant go through." They charged us $2500. to do nothing but contact me in December saying that the "mitigators" have our file and that they would contact us every 7-10 days. Jan 3 2011 rolls around and I did not receive any return calls. I try again only to be called 11 in the wait que and have a 196 minute wait which really never gets answered. So, I sent emails and faxes to all the contact information and people I had. Here it is January 23 2011 and NO ANSWER or return email, fax, or call. I called the mortgage company only to be told that we were up to be turned over to foreclosure because they have not heard from ARLG for 3 months, YES...3 months!! They are scam artists and fraudulent providers of information they feed you. I am contacting the BBB and my family member who is an attorney to file a suit against them. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! Work with a LOCAL WELL RESPECTED ATTORNEY!!!
