ZB Sports- Stay Away from them

I purchased Brooks shoes online from ZBSports.com. I made an error on the order but am unable to contact customer service to correc the problem. I repeatedly get dropped from the web-site listed customer service number, my messages are not replied to, and my emails are ignored. All told a very poor experience
