I ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs in June 2009. Each chair was $250. Two of the dining chairs arrived damaged. The velvet was worn off the seats, and each had a tear in the fabric in the same spot on each chair. The delivery men left me with the two damaged and said they would order two new chairs. Since then I have had 4 deliveries of equally damaged chairs. It is now approaching 1 year since my original order, and I still have 2 damaged dining room chairs. I'm fed up! Customer Service only wants to send me more chairs, with an ETA of end of July 2010 delivery. Over A YEAR since my original delivery date and no guarantee that this next delivery will not be damaged too.
Stay away from this store. Horrible customer service and poor quality furniture.
