I paid cash for my car, a 2003 Yukon Denali XL, and when I went to the dealer they treated me like I stole the vehicle. A friend of mine recommended that I go to Young's Automotive Service.
Even though it is a 2003, my car has nothing but problems. Young's really solved all of my problems, everything that was wrong. The dealer didn't even know the vehicle an eighth of the way Young's knows my vehicle.
I recommend them to everybody, and I drive a long way for them to take care of the car. Not only do they know the vehicle, they have outstanding customer service. Anything you want, any request, they will honor it. The dealership needs to look to them for their model on how to take care of customers.
