Purchased a brand new faucet from them, model 81H1004C-002-A7C on January 16, 2010. Faucet sold had a 5 year warranty. Hired professional plumber to install. Upon installation, faucet started leaking and discoloration to faucet and sink as a result of leak. Contacted Yescom, and they say they will send a replacement, then they dont. Then they want to send me a valve to repair it, which does not remedy the discoloration. Then they want to ship a replacement, if I pay for it. Then they tell me the item is out of stock.
I have filed a complaint and will pursue action against them in small claims for defective faucet and damages and fees for plumber.
