I ordered $200.00 worth of photo equipment from TheLAShop.com (owned by this company) and got worried about not receiving tracking info for shipping. I called customer service and their telephone ordering line and both are never answered by a person. Can't even place an order with a live voice. What kind of company has a phone ordering line and doesn't answer it? E-mails also go unanswered. Still have yet to receive my order. Use this company at your own risk.
