We fly to Marsh Harbour 6 times a year. This year we have been "cancelled" 4 times. We are always told we will be reimbursed for our repurchased flights or given a "voucher". When you try to get your money back, the owner is no where to be found and will NOT return your calls. Try ANY other airline, do NOT fly Yellow Air, you are gambling if you will get there or back home again. By the way, should you fight it on your charge card....ask for the $75.00 change fee, it states right in your "contract" ANY change will incur a $75.00 fee. I got ours back. The only thing good about this airline is Ana, who works very hard and takes alot of back lash for the owner.
