I took my car to Y & S to have a small dent to get fixed. It took a week to get the parts and then another 10 days to fix the car. I had to have a rental car. I always had to wait for thirty - sixty minutes every time I went there. The customer service is really poor. I got called that my car was ready and went to pick it up and my car was very dirty. They reported to me (in writing) and to the insurance company that they had replaced parts. It was obvious that these were the same parts. The dent was only a two foot area. There were scratches all over the molding that they said was replaced. The bottom part was also the same part and not even properly connected to my car. I could take a finger and push the whole bottom part off from my car. They let me drive off with my children in the car knowing that a part was not properly connected. I am contacting the insurance company to have them investigated for fraud and also the city attorney.
