I just wanted to let people know that I paid the $399. & in return I was able to print a few sheet's of paper to fax into the mortgage company after I myself finally called to get the correct fax number from the mortgage company. Xpress Funding did none of the work and because of that I almost lost my house. I later learned from my mortgage company that the same paper's that I paid Xpress Funding for could have been down loaded from my mortgage company for FREE!!! To say the least I would recommend that everyone contact their mortgage company first to see if it can be done for free. I was lucky and my modification was approved and has for the $399.00 I guess that is just lost but I won't make the same mistake again.
