WORST ATTITUDE - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!

I spoke with the owner, BOB WRIGHT, who "couldn't hear a word i was saying" and immediately put me on hold without warning and quite rudely. I asked the other owner, his wife KATHY, "why was he so rude." and she stated that he wasn't being rude just was
tired from being in the hospital. Kathy herself then had to audacity to belittle me as a client by saying that it was MY misunderstanding and that he was not rude. She also said she DOESN'T CARE about losing a tenant. well guess what I HOPE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR
TENANTS THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ANY REALTY GROUP IN THE INLAND EMPIRE!!!! IF YOU ARE A COLLEGE STUDENT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE JERKS! KATHY AND BOB WRIGHT ARE THE WORST REALTORS IN THE INLAND EMPIRE.
