I had this alarm service company for 5 years and received prompt and adequate responses to my many false alarms. However, when water damage to my inside wiring made my service unusable I was unable to reach the company to have them discontinue my service. I have called them numerous times since November during business hours at their telephone numbers (949-234-0280) & (888-252-7644), left a message each time and not once did I receive a return call. I wrote on the last bill I sent in (12/10) that I no longer needed their service and the billing continued. My grandson faxed and sent them a certified letter in February demanding they terminate my service and quit billing me, and I received yet another statement a week ago demanding payment. I urge everyone to stay away from them - their response time may be great but their customer service (or lack thereof) leaves MUCH to be desired.
