Returned bras - no refund

Best Bra does not post the phone # on website, but I found it on TrustLink - Thanks, TrustLink! The CSR said they had received the returned bras on 7/7 and processed the refund the same day and that the problem was with my credit card co. When I called AmExp, they had NOT received a refund from BestBra and AmExp even offered to handle the dispute for me. Thank goodness I ordered through AmExp! I wish I could rate NO stars - for the product and their customer service.
