I am very satisfied with the quality of jewelry purchased as well as their customer service regarding a return. I purchased 1ct engagement diamond ring, and I wanted to exchange them for 1,5 ct diamond ring. I mailed the 1ct ring in the original box back to wonderjewelers. Upon receipt and inspection the ring was upgraded and send in 7 days. Total turnaround was 7 days. I will purchase again from Wonderjewelers
