Unwilling to help

Here is the update of my previous complaint on 04/10/2020
I called West Lake Customer Care and was transferred to Wilshire Consumer Credit. I asked the Wilshire Consumer Credit Representative to transfer me to West Lake Customer Care, and she denied transferring. She said that my account belongs to Wilshire Consumer Credit, so I needed to talk with her. I did not talk with her since I already know the answer that I had to pay my April due, or they will take my car, so why waste my time since they insisted that they will take all my money on 04/21/2020 anyway despite the hardship of COVID-19.
I don't think the company willing to help anyway since a lot of customers already complained the same as me, so please not giving me an untruth message about helping. I rather let you withdraw all my money instead of dealing with my car being repossession. I have no money to deal with that situation.
They did not understand the tough time mean. They keep insisting that I had to pay even though they push me to no more money for food. They said either pay, or my car will be taken away, and of course, I have to use all my money to pay.
I wish I have money to pay off and run away from them. The loan is of very high interest. Counted all the payment they had got their principal back so give me a couple of extension during the COVID-19 will not hurt them, but they are just cold-blood
