Rude and unresponsive to loyal and good paying customer about paid letter.

I had two loans with this company and paid the first loan earlier this year. Paid the second loan off last week. Never missed a payment with them and now that the loan is paid off, they will not send me a paid letter so I can go get financed for a new car for ten days even though I paid with a credit card and doesn't require for it to clear. The reps that I've been talking to have been beyond rude and will not give me any answers even though the account is paid in full. They keep giving me the same run around everyday I speak with them and said the department who handles the paid letter does not speak to customers or give them any type of status on when it will be sent. I knew this was a high interest loan but never complained and paid it off as soon as I was able to on time and this is the treatment they give their good paying customer. Can't imagine what they would have done to me if I missed a payment.
