This company has been giving me the run around for over a year! They took my money and then disappeared. I have sent them everything they ask me for within an hour of requesting it. Then, I NEVER get a return call. They have maybe called me 3 times in the last year to ask for more information but its never the same person or number. Michelle has only returned my call ONCE and I leave her a message ONCE a week. I have called my own bank to see what notes they have on the attorneys work on my loans and they HAVE NONE! They say no one has contacted them in OVER 6 months.
I am hesitant to send my business elsewhere in fear that ANOTHER attorney will take my money and run JUST like the William's law center did. I am a single mom with NO extra funds to get help and I am about to lose my house, the only security my daughter has as a safe place. I applied for this rate mod on July 15th 2009. I would like to know how the people who wrote "good reviews" got through this so quick and easy or if they have any advice. Really I just want my money back so I can get someone who is "on it" to do my modification!
