I have done business now with Rob and Kelly Ferguson at Wholesale Audio Club and Wholesale Music Warehouse USA starting well over a year and a half ago. Not long after signing up for an account with them, I became very sick with the COVID virus that put me down and out of doing any type of business, but by the grace and healing power of God I am well and back to doing business again.
During the healing process I somehow, misplaced my sign-in details which is a “Major Piece” to my being able to process sales and ordering. With everything that had taken place I had no other choice but to reach out to Rob and Kelly hoping for the best, so I sent an email to a contact that I came across on a Sunday evening thinking it can’t hurt, in about an hour I received a reply email from Rob and Kelly, they were responsive and recalled our doing business together over 1 ½ year prior as well Kelly had my client information in her business data records that provided me my information when I needed it the most. I recall now how helpful and informative they were then and now I have to say I am so very pleased with the immediate results that I have had with Rob and Kelly from the very start, and well worth the initial investment in a lifetime membership, they are a Great Company with Excellent Customer Service!!
Now that I'm able to log in, I'm looking forward to utilizing the distributor database to build a much stronger working relationship that will serve my business as well my customers for years to come.
