Worst moving experience we have ever had. The 4 movers did show up on time but after that, it was all down hil. They used profanity like it was their main language, they broke and scratched more than 10 of our valuables, when they arrived to the new house,
they said we owed them $1400!!! I was quoted $125 per hour and they worked for 6 hours. There were all of these supply charges yet we had everything packed for them, fuel charges, double time charges. They wouldn't unload the truck unless we paid. Also, when
we scheduled the move we told them it was a 4 bedroom home, they didn't pack the truck properly so they left an entire bedroom and out patio furniture behind. They only put the furniture in the proper rooms but threw every box in our garage for us to carry
up the stairs ourselves. They would hook up the washer/dryer or fridge. We had to make other arrangements to pick up the rest of our things which was 59 miles away. I am disabled, cannot carry anything over 5lbs and they knew that but refused to do more than
they wanted to do even after we paid the $1400. My husband called the man in charge " Eli" to log a complaint and he basically told my husband off, insulted him as well as tried to teach my husband a lesson on appreciation. This company doesn't deserve any
star. When we received the credit card statement, it was paid to another moving company called Cheetah Movers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
