My wife and I were self-employed for 36 years. Well, I just got off of the phone with a gentleman from Whatacountry. I had emailed him about a problem with my order (YESTERDAY,) and he just called me about my problem and gave me a solution. In the age of the internet, it is great to have this personal touch! I even got some interesting background info on the origin of my order. So having run a small business I like his approach and personal contact. Just wanted to tell my experience to others.
