Terrible people-Worst company EVER

Westlake Finance has been a nightmare to deal with for OVER one month now. The repoed my car for non-payment.. which I knew was not true. I have NEVER missed a payment, but they lied anyway. My bank sent them my payment paperwork proving I had made all payments. But they would not talk to me because my name was not on the title. My husband of 30 years had just died .. to which the gentleman laughed and made a rude comment. I immediately sent them my “Power of Attorney” paper , his death certificate and our marriage licenses.. all official .. but they still won’t give me my car. That was over 1 month ago. The lot where the car is held is in a different state which is expensive to fly. I sat on the lawn for 3 days waiting for the paperwork that never came. Don’t use these assholes ...EVER
