Called Westlake to get a payoff for a customer 27min for incomplete information trasfered 5 times. Ask a ? they put you on hold. I could've asked what her name was please hold. They barley even listen to what you say. Glad ,my customers no longer have this s..tty. customer service. NO option for 0 star or that's what they would rate. I gave up on getting complete information for fear I would be another 27min beforeI got to the bottom of things..
Concerned dealer beware just cause you have basd credit doesn't mean you need to be treated this way
