Hiring Westgate and David Justin Harelik Law was a HUGH Mistake!
I usually don't write reviews but this time I had no choice.
I had fallen behind with my second mortgage as a last resort I was forced to file a 13 Bankruptcy to save our family home.
I find Justin Harelik of Westgate Law on Yelp they had really good reviews.
Justine's incompetence and negligence nearly cost me my home.
Justin Harelik did not tell me that he used to work for the opposing counsel this was a complete conflict of interest .. we have a lot of equity in our home.
I honestly feel that Justin tried to make me lose my home and that he had cut a side deal with his friend the opposing counsel. Justin is a smooth talker he is really good at working the phone.
Justin asked me to deposit money into his Bank of America Account, to this date I have never met Justin Haelik in person. Going to BofA and depositing funds into an attorney's account was very strange to me.
I found out later that Justin Harelik would NOT be representing me in Court he is NOT a Trail Lawyer he works remotely by phone & not in Court.
Imagine going to a Trustee Hearing or a Chapter 13 Court and meeting some guy fresh out of law school outside of the Court Room for the first time someone you have never had a conversation with this was very frightening to me.
After many sleepless nights
Thank God I found another Law Firm that actually help us save our home.
Do yourself a favor If you are considering hiring David Justin Harelik or Westgate Law proceed with caution.
