Review 11/28/2009
|
We have waited an exceedingly long time for the shipment of our household goods from Kapaa, Hawaii to Buffalo, NY. We believe they are lost or stolen. On 9/24/09 West Point Relocation, INC took possession of our household goods and vehicle for a move from Kapaa, HI to Buffalo, NY. As of today 11/28/09 our household goods have not arrived. Our original estimate was 4-8 weeks in-transit. Multiple calls (7calls) to West Point Relocation have been met with corporate deceit, erroneous information regarding the location of our possessions, and blatant stalling tactics. Originally, we suspected that West Point Relocation was waiting to ship our possessions from Hawaii to L.A. then to Buffalo, NY in an effort to combine shipments with a single carrier to reduce cost on their end. However, in light of the extreme wait, the dropped calls with their customer service reps., and the broken-record chorus of (e.g.) ["we can't find a driver" or "it will ship tomorrow, we just found a driver"], we are forced to assume that our possessions are either: lost in-transit, stolen, or irreversibly damaged.
