Waterbed sheets are not always easy to find.
I was glad to find Waterbed Doctor and that they had such a good selection.
I am not at all pleased with the fact that they billed my credit card on December 12, 2007 and today is January 28, 2008 and my order still has not been shipped. When I have contacted them both via phone and email they tell me my order will ship in the next couple of days, but nothing has shipped yet.
If they do not have an item in stock ready to ship do not order from this company. Paying for something then waiting this long without any shipment information is not acceptable.
