I took my Van in and there was a sign that read 14.99 oil changes I ask if he had time to change the oil as well, he said yes. The total bill should have been 79.00 dollars rounded off a little bit. They charged labor 14.99 and oil change 14.99 came to a rounded figure of 95.00 I asked they said I must be mistaken I paid took my van home and added up the receipt and they charged me twice for the oil change. I took my receipt and my calculator to back to the shop I asked the mechanic he said oh no that is for labor. I said labor your sign says 14.99 oil change it does not say 14.99 + Labor. I walked away upset. I live five minutes from there I know everyone who runs the gas station part of that business and they know me so I thought it would be ok the attendant said he would never have his car worked on in the service department of that business I should have asked him before I allowed them to work my Van.
