If I could give no stars I would. On 5/10/11 I found the DVD "My Favorite Year" advertised on their site for 9.95 and I ordered two (2) since this video is hard to find at a good price in any condition new or used. The confirmation email stated the item would be shipped on 5/16/11. On 5/20/11 I got a voice mail stating that the DVD was not in stock and the order was cancelled. I found the DVD advertised on the website now for $24.95 and could be shipped in one day. I emailed costumer service stating that I got a voice mail my order was cancelled and that the DVD was still on the site and showed in stock. My request was if the video was in stock they should honor my order. 5/20/11 Their response: "I do apologize, we no longer have My Favorite Year available and your order has been canceled. I am sorry this has not been removed from the web-site yet, but it is currently unavailable." 5/20/11 I replied to the email stating I could wait until it came into stock. Did they have an idea when it would be in stock. 5/21/11 Their response: "We apologize but we do not have advanced information as to what and when items will be back in stock, please visit our website often as they are constantly adding new items." But as of today 5/21/11 the DVD still shows in stock for the new price of $24.95. It appears they have it in stock but do not want to honor the internet price I ordered it for at 9.95. The should keep their site up to date and if they have the DVDs honor the order.
