Walter's Transfer & Storage Saved the Day(s) for Us!
|
A huge thank you goes out to Robert at Walter's Transfer & Storage, first, for scheduling our move out of storage for a couple of USC kids, but even more importantly, for coming to our rescue at the 11th hour. One of the kids' car had broken down and been
towed to a local dealership. The dealership then proceeded to lock her keys in the car on Friday before our scheduled move on Sunday morning. She had to leave and go to work, so left the dealership to retrieve the keys on their own. Meanwhile, by late Saturday
evening, she realized that the keys to her storage locker were locked inside her car, and the dealership was closed for the weekend. We figured we'd have to schedule two separate moves now, moving one kid Sunday morning and the next whenever. But an 11th hour(really,
it was 11 pm on a Saturday night!) call, leaving a message for Robert, resulted in him contacting us Sunday morning at 7 am, and, kindly and without question or charge, rescheduling our move for the next day, Monday, when we would have access to the student's
keys. What a huge relief and savings of money for us. Then on Monday morning, the movers, Brock and Jose, arrived early to the storage facility and handled the move with speed and care. They were professional, kind, courteous and efficient. We have only the
highest recommendation to give to this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Guys!
