Terrible Owner, Avoid Doing Business

Made an order for models and put in incorrect information, realized the mistake and immediately contacted the store with the corrected info to minimize hassle before they had shipped, but the owner was extremely rude and stubbornly refused to accept my corrected info. Absolutely ludicrous, I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the owner's head that he is so adamant about processing the order with the incorrect info. I tried to be polite and explained to him over and over that what I put in was wrong, here are the correct info, but he won't budge and went on to throw slurs and derogatory comments at me. Ended up cancelling the order for full refund from the payment service provider. Never do business with this store.
