I have used Waffle for years now spending a good Chunk of Money on Models, Recently I got a model that was Defective from the Factory, even though it was beyond the Exchange Period ( I was on vacation when the Model arrived) Mike, was Quick to offer an exchange! I had expected some pushback as it was well beyond the publish return time but Mike was wonderful and took care of it Right away!
