I received an order with a model that had a manufacturer's defect. I emailed Waffle Collectibles and Michael was quick to respond and fix the issue. He assured me of a replacement when his restock arrived. Micheal shipped me my replacement along with a shipping label to send the defective back one.
When shopping for die cast airplane models, it is important to find a place that will stand behind their models and make sure everything gets fixed if something is wrong.
