Horibble customer service. Motorhome lock broke internally. Had the repair fixed and called westen general. This would have been covered if I called it in while I was camping. Then they told me they would cover if the repair was under $350. Since it was over, ($47 dollars over) they could not pay me any amount. When I called all they tried to do was hide behind some language. The service supervisor Mike was extremely rude and basicaly said tough luck. They took my money gladly when I bought the insurance and got me to buy the Platinum Plan and I would have no worries, but time to pay a claim and they ran. Horrible company. Dont buy the insurance.
