On May 24, 2011 I called WIT to have someone come out and give me an estimate on converting a sliding glass window into a picture window and a window in my bedroom into a door. The woman who answered the phone (unfortunately don't remember her name) asked for measurements of both spaces. We discussed what I wanted to do and as I gave her the measurements she kept telling me there are no windows that would fit my spaces (her tone of voice was very unprofessional). When I asked her for suggestions she became quite nasty and suggested I go to another door and window company as they had nothing to offer me. When I asked her if she was saying she didn't want my business, she stated, "NO" and before I could say anything else, she hung up on me. WOW, was I shocked. I have never heard that from a business before. I will tell anyone and everyone I know not to do business with this company. But this was really a blessing, because they wouldn't have been a company I would want to do business with anyway and there products are probably substandard too.. STAY AWAY FROM W.I.T. WINDOWS AND DOORS!!!!!!!!!!! I would not give this company any stars on this rating but the lowest is one star so I am stuck
