defective merchandise
Our 2 week old Vizio suddenly decided to just not turn on one day. Called Vizios customer service and got nowhere. Emailed them and got a response from Cassandra saying we were put on Advanced replacement, and given a fairly exact timeline. Well, here it is 2 weeks later, the timeline was way off because there is still no resolution to our problem. We are on a limited income at the moment and can't just throw money away on faulty merchandise. this company may be number one in sales, but how long do they think that's going to last if they don't stand behind their products. They need to take responsibility and say,"Yes, there is a problem,we'll fix it." Instead, they put you off until you give up. I wouldn't recommend this particular company's product to anyone based on the customer service (or lack thereof) alone. UPDATE: After being contacted by Anna Vangilder from Vizio and explaining the situation, my issues were immediately taken care of. Vizio responded swiftly to make things right and we appreciate their efforts. Given the level of service I've received, I'm changing my raring to 5 stars!
