I agree with Tess this company is a scam. A lady in my office was called by this company and the next thing we know they are calling for over a year now insisting we need to buy the remainder of the toner we agreed to. We did not agree to any amount, we said we would purchase 3 and that was it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
