'Supplies' scammers. Serial shipping of unauthorized toner for multiple copy machines in multiple offices. $500 bucks a crack, and then weak or nonexistant response in correcting the fraudulent 'orders'. We suspect they misrepresented themselves to a receptionist to acquire model numbers... in other words... as a reputable company.
I like the BBB comments: "If unordered merchandise arrives, immediately write to advise the company of your intent to keep the shipment as a free gift unless pick up is arranged within a reasonable amount of time. Send your letter by certified mail to obtain proof of receipt."
...we will be doing this.
