Horrible Company

STAY AWAY from this company. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a table on 24 Jan 2013, cancelled it on 4 Feb 2013 due to poor business and false advertisement and still haven't received my $619.40 back from the company. Numerous attempts to contact the company via email, telephone, and letter has resulted me to pursue legal action. Its just been a headache dealing with this company and all I want is my money back. Below are emails from the company confirming my cancellation and refund as well as my many attempts to actually getting my refund.

Good morning,
I purchased a table order # 35698 on 24 January 2013 and still do not have a status on the order. I have called countless times to speak with a representative and have left my name, number, and order number for a call back as well as sent emails with no response. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, delay in order and false advertisement of in stock items that your company has displayed. At this point I wish to CANCEL my order and request a full refund for I will shop elsewhere.

I received confirmation that I would be receiving a full refund, I still have not received it. Due to the lack of communication and unprofessional ism, you have left me no choice but to submit a claim to the BBB. If this does not get resolved quickly, I will take further action.
