Misleading with billing
|
Cannot accurately send out billing notices.
Notices show total amount due...which is not total due, just what regular payment should be. So if there is a past due amount, it isn't clearly shown.
They send out letters backdated. Received a notice that was dated February 22, but postmarked March 16.
They really should be investigated by the CFPB.
