Called about my loan, the most abusive Reps you can think of. 1-of them Robert so LOUD, NO MANNERS no RESPECT. He needs to make sure his phone is fully off b4 talking bad about customers. I hear him say (stupid people I have no time for stupid lectures)
I was on the phone still. THIS IS ABUSE.I called back 2do my payment talked to Hannah another RUDE Rep, I was shocked when some confirmed she is a SUPERVISOR. I called twice asked for mgr same guy hanged up on me. If mgrs are NOT concern about the way their
customers are being treated BBB will. I will be embarrassed if I own them
