We have and account with you all, and she called your business. A woman identifying herself as Anna answered the phone; my mom talked her about her account. I know she is late on her account and this why she called to seek a cure for the situation, my
mom was telling the rep about her hardship, but the rep keep giggling or smiling. And told mom she did not qualify for any help my mom felt the rep was making fun of her, said the rep tried to sound polite but she left my mom feeling worse about her situations.
How inconsiderate of her. I will file a complaint with the BBB.
