V.I.C.S. Is a non profit company that has millions in equity . This company does not pay there sub contractors. Their finance department manager lies about payments. They get money from the city they work for and misappropriate the money they receive instead of paying there sub contractors. I am 80 days out from being paid and been told that I may or may not get paid in 15 days. Sept 4, 09 Mark Garcia trademarkconstruction@verizon.net Has any other contractor had this problem with them?
