Verengo is aggressively addressing the transformer issues that the utility has posed upon you as our customer, and Verengo in wanting to expedite your solar installation and activation as quickly as possible.. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has created and commit to driving resolution to these concerns as quickly as possible. We hope the interim solution we have presented is acceptable as we continue to drive the utility in granting us permission to activate your solar system.
