Our Verengo experience was excellent! From the first appointment with the sales representative, to the final turning on of our new solar system, everything went smoothly. The company was extremely efficient and they made sure to communicate with us along the way.
Keith was our sales representative, and he was punctual and thorough in his explanation of what Verengo was all about, and what we could expect from our going solar. He came to our home and explained everything in detail. Easy to understand and very professional. There are a few ways to pay for the solar energy and he let us know what each of them were, in a clear and concise way.
Our customer care representative, April, was amazing in her communication with us, every step of the way.
From the site inspections, to the installation of our solar panels, to the permits needed and everything in between, we felt we got all our questions answered as they came up. The installers came and finished in one day. The process of getting permits was fast and easy for us, as Verengo made all the arrangements.
All in all we are very happy with Verengo. We look forward to saving money each month and being "green" for the environment. We would definitely recommend Verengo!
